Bruson Focused on 11th Bracelet

Arguably the greatest poker legend of all time, Doyle Brunson, has proven that talent never fades with a strong 7th place finish in a million-dollar event at WSOP. Doyle Brunson had his eye focused on bracelet number 11 at the World Series of Poker and if his recent performance is any indication of what’s still to come for Brunson, then he’ll probably scoop it up in no time. The $10,000 buy-in Seven-Card Stud High-Low Split featured 164 players and a total prize pool of $1,541,600. The poker legend just finished strong in Event #37 in Las Vegas, proving that championship talent never fades. Brunson finished 7th in the tournament, earning himself a massive $62,234. And Brunson wasn’t the only player from DoylesRoom.com who finished strong in the tournament. Mike Wattell, who could be seen wearing DoylesRoom patches in the event, finished 3rd. The 2009 World Series of Poker is now underway at the Rio Al-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas and Brunson is planning to play in a number of events which includes the Main Event on July 3rd, 2009.
